GENERAL CONTEST RULES
Only eligible submissions received during the Contest Period will be entered in the Contest. No purchase is necessary to enter. By participating in this contest, the Winners authorize the Contest Organizers to use their name and photo announcing the Winners in print or online.
CONTEST ORGANIZERS
This Contest is organized by Dannyco Professional.
ELIGIBILITY
Contest is open to all residents of Canada, aged 18 or over at the time of the entry, with the exception of employees and representatives of the contest organizers (including their partners and advertising or promotion agencies), as well as members of their immediate families and any individuals with whom they reside.

Post a video, a NEW photo or REGRAM an old one of one of your creations using the BaBylissPRO® Optima3000 iron (BABNT3000C) on Instagram. Photos that were posted before the Contest start date will not be eligible to win. Stylists can upload as many different photos as they want during the Contest Period.

The Contest Entry Period starts at 12:00:01 am on September 1, 2016, and closes at 11:59:59 pm, on September 30, 2016. All times are Eastern Daylight Saving Times.
VOTING PERIOD & VOTER PRIZE
At the end of the Contest Entry Period identified above, a Dannyco Professional judging panel will select the top three (3) qualified submissions posted on Instagram and post them on the Dannyco Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/dannycoprofessional) for voting. The Contest Organizers will promote these three (3) Finalists and will encourage people on Facebook to vote for their favourite look.
Voting period on Facebook will begin on October 1, 2016 at 12:01 am and last until October 16, 2016 at 11:59 pm. The Finalist (1) with the most engagement (Likes, Shares and Comments) at the end of the Contest Voting Period will be deemed the Grand Prize Winner.
Every unique Facebook Voter will also be entered to win a BaBylissPRO® Optima3000 iron (BABNT3000TC) of their own, which will be selected by random draw at the end of the Voting Period on Friday October 21, 2016 during the day.
The winner will be announced on October 21, 2016 during the day directly on the Dannyco Professional Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/dannycoprofessional) and Instagram pages (https://www.instagram.com/dannycohair).
PRIZES
Participants are eligible to win one (1) Grand Prize consisting of $500 of products (regular salon value) from Dannyco Professional. Voters are eligible to win one (1) Voting Prize consisting of one (1) BaBylissPRO® Optima3000 iron (BABNT3000NTC) valued at $180 salon regular. The prizes will be shipped to the winners directly.
If the selected Winners cannot be reached within five (5) business days following the first attempt of contact, Contest Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to select another Winner or to cancel the Prizes.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following general conditions apply to the Prizes:
(i) Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, assignable or convertible to cash (no substitutions, transfers or assignments except as permitted in Contest Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion);
(ii) manufacturer’s standard warranty applies to the Prize;
(iii) upon notification from the Contest Sponsor, the declared Prize winner will be required to personally take delivery of the Prize from Dannyco Professional and present adequate personal identification.
PERSONAL INFORMATION PROTECTION POLICY
Personal information is that which refers to and serves to identify an individual. Unless required by law Dannyco Professional does not disclose any personal information obtained by this contest, unless otherwise agreed to by the user.
USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
The information collected during this contest with participant consent and consigned to participant files serves to send participant paper-based of electronic documents, respond to their information requests, product purchase or service requests to suppliers and compile mailing or survey lists. This information also serves to determine user habits and interests for the purpose of providing enhanced service in future.
DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Participants requests may require the disclosure of personal information to service providers or sub-contractors involved in filling a request (e.g. disclosure of contact information to an organization handling document shipping or to an establishment where the user wishes to make a reservation). If participants consent to having their name on mailing and survey lists, it may also be necessary to disclose their contact information to a sub-contractor. Dannyco Professional discloses personal information only in response to specific participant requests or explicitly authorized purposes.
